Our Story

• My husband and I just married back in 2005. That also joined two families with a history of diabetes. The biggest problem of organizing our wedding, given we wanted a cake everyone could enjoy, was finding somebody that would bake and deliver a fresh sugar-free wedding cake with our design. A few bakers did not want to venture due to texture with sugar substitutes and, well, it was in May so weather was getting hot. Sending to a small, out of the way little town was a gamble. We are happy to report we did find a baker that will deliver to the small town of Eureka Springs, Arkansas. They actually drove it there and I think they had a nice drive themselves. What was most enjoyable out of this experience was that our families were overwhelmed at the thought we considered their needs also.

With that in mind, my husband and I are making every effort to find items that not only taste good but that will satisfy special needs. We want to ensure you or your recipients will be able to enjoy the entire gift and appreciate the thoughtfulness of the sender.
